APARTMENTS
All apartments are equipped with mosquito nets, television, towels & linen, hair dryer and fans. Guests can use the wood oven in the garden, barbecues,
ping-pong table, and we have four simple mountain bikes. Baby bed and/or highchair available upon request.
Casa Olivo

The Olivo apartment is suitable for a couple, or a family with one child. It is situated at the east side of the farmhouse and has a private outdoor space at its disposal, equipped with table, chairs and umbrella. From the main door you enter the living room with a kitchenette. The bathroom is furnished with hand-painted Deruta ceramics. The bedroom with double bed is furnished with family pieces dating back to the Tuscan civilization of the nineteenth century.

Casa Ciliegio

Apartment il Ciliegio has two bedrooms and one bathroom, and is situated on the first floor of the farmhouse. It is divided in a living area with a kitchen, the two comfortable bedrooms, one single and one double. It is decorated with family furniture dating back to the nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. The bathroom is made with natural Assisi stone and has tones similar to the color with which the walls are painted.

Casa Noce is an independent cottage of 75 m2, with two bedrooms and one bathroom. It has a private outdoor space with table, chairs and umbrella, that offer a beautiful view over the valley. The house is very bright inside, thanks to the arch that forms the entrance. The house is suitable for people with accessibility limitations. The living room has a kitchenette. The master bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom standard has one single bed. For a child we can add another single bed.

The Melograno apartment opens up to the large garden of the farmhouse, overlooking Montepulciano and the surrounding valley. It consists of a large living area with a fireplace and kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bathrooms are adjacent to the two bedrooms, one of them is furnished with small natural stone tiles and Deruta ceramics. The bedrooms are both equipped with a double bed.

The bedrooms are both equipped with double beds, furnished with nineteenth-century furniture and prints, they are large and comfortable. The bathrooms are adjacent to the bedrooms, have wall decorations and one of them is furnished with hand-painted Deruta ceramics.
